A collaboration with our new buddies at McCall Collective Brewing. We cooked up a Dark Mexican Lager using a solid amount of corn, lagered forever, and lightly hopped it in the kettle and dry hop with Motueka from Freestyle Hops. Clean and crisp, toasty with light caramel, and a whisper of lime from the Motueka.
